It is and intelligent weighing instruments with function like Tare Zero dual line display, Graphic display hi speed zero tracking. It is accurate quick stable and user friendly. It is widely used in lab, industrial requirements, construction. It is designing only AC power pack power line. Operating Preparation Set the balance stable on the horizontal table. Try to avoid vibrating, sunlight, illumination, airflow, and strong surge and electromagnetic wave. When not use the scale unit remove the power supply from the main power line to avoid electrical or lightning surge. Using environment: temperature boundary: 15c – 35c Power Supply adaptor If the power adaptor does not fit tightly in to the outlet(socket) it can cause problems, sparks may be caused from the circuit to be corrupted or damage Turn on power When power adaptor plugs to the power 230AC line weighing balance (down right side) blue light indicate Turn on the power switch Show Max capacity & details. Balance takes self-test automatically in turns. At last, it demonstrates “0.0g large font and 0.0g small font”. in weighing mode Weighing readings Read the value on the screen in two lines. 0.0g large font 0.0g small font This line specially designs for Tare operations (Both lines show the same weighing value.) The Max weighing value show on the screen when power on the balance. Zero & Tare Button When keep the weight 1500.6 g on balance and press the Tare or Zero button Both Display line shows the 0.0 0.0 g After taking the weight out from the weighing pan Top line -1500. Bottom line -1500.6 g this will happen only TARE & ZERO Errors When Display Not on Check AC power adaptor supply in put Indication (Blue light) If it is ON and OK internal failure on the balance circuit system unit and contact local supplier Weighing reading errors First check the power adaptor output voltage It is 6V to 12V DC, Regulated voltage - no variations Next check the level on the balance with balance front left side leveling bulb.
